Jetpack 2.x “comparte automáticamente con Google+”

Jetpack se actualiza y ahora permite compartir tu contenido de WordPress automática y directamente en Google Plus

Hace unas cuantas horas los chicos de Automattic lanzaron la actualización de su plugin “Jetpack 2.7”.

En ésta actualización principalmente se ofrecen una serie de integraciones entre nuestro perfil o página de Google+ y WordPress. El equipo de Jetpack ya había mencionado tiempo atrás que la característica Google+ Publicize estaría muy pronto disponible para todos los usuarios de WordPress que tuvieran ese plugin instalado.

Bueno, la espera ha terminado. Desde ahora, y al igual que sucede en worpress.com, ya puedes compartir automáticamente tu contenido más reciente en tu perfil o página de Google+.

Jetpack 2.7, que acaba de ser liberado, añade esa posibilidad a tu sitio web o blog de WordPress. Para conectar tu cuenta con Google+ debes dirigirte a tu escritorio de WP (panel de control) y luego ir a Ajustes → Compartir.  Al hacer clic en el botón «Conectarse» al lado del logo Google+ te pedirá que te registres y autentifiques tu cuenta y luego te mostrara una lista con tu perfil y las diferentes páginas empresariales que gestiones para que elijas con cual quieres conectar este nuevo servicio.

Mejora del rendimiento general

Jetpack 2.7 también contiene varias correcciones de errores y otras pequeñas características que incluyen algunas mejoras que harán que tu sitio esté listo para la llegada de WordPress 3.8 y su nuevo tema por defecto.
